Through a special gift from the universe, my first session with Sara came just one day after I made the unexpected decision to separate from my husband of 20 years. At that moment, I was in a terrible emotional state and couldn't see a path forward. From that very first session, Sara taught me to listen to my own inner compass regarding this decision and what the path looked like moving forward.

Sara's approach was both compassionate and empowering. She helped me tune into my pain, learn how to alchemize it, and let it pass through my body instead of holding on to it.             Sara is a compassionate intelligent coach who has taught me many things and provided me with a toolbox to help me on my journey. We worked on my relationships from the past as well as deepened into practices and tools for new relationships in the future. 

Role-playing, writing in a journal, homework, meditations, and healing practices helped me to stretch my boundaries and create self-love. I grew inside, signed up for the gym, could stand on the way scale, experienced trust and removed so much darkness from my heart. 

Sara shared a lot of information with me to review and learn. All of my sessions helped me move through challenges and I have so much respect for Sara as she mentored me on this journey. I believe Sara is an angel and will help so many people.

            I was led to this program by a high school girlfriend who lives halfway around the world. We hadn't spoken in months, and she reached out to see if I'd be interested in doing this free "tantra coaching." Naturally I was intrigued and immediately signed up. The fact that I was randomly assigned a VITA coach, and it happened to be Sara, was nothing less than a crazy, serendipitous twist from the universe. By the end of our first session together, I was transformed and pining for more. 

To explain this deeply healing work with Sara is to reveal that the deepest foundations of my soul desperately needed to be excavated and examined, in a safe space.  She showed up at a pivotal time for me, and immediately provided that space where I felt welcome and held. Sara gracefully maneuvered the work to be something that went deeper than intimacy with a partner, to a deeper intimacy with the self.  She was able to tailor the work to meet me where I was in such a seamless, magical way that just made sense to me. 

She provided the space and time for me to explore myself, in what felt like a safety bubble of light and love; she showed me what I already have in my toolbox and helped me polish everything. The deep relief I felt after every session with Sara is a feeling that continues to fuel my everyday life.  The work is so specific and special that there's not a chance I will ever be the same as before it.  The balance of speaking my truth and feeling my truth somatically was a highlight of these sessions for me. Conscious breathing has become easier. Touching myself the way I want to be touched has become second nature. 

This work allowed me to "come (back) into my own" and having Sara as a co-navigator was a true blessing; her gentle approach to self-love is a welcome feeling in a time when it's been so easy to be hard on myself. From these sessions I feel empowerment and ambition forever cemented in me; I was even able to walk away from a toxic relationship of 3 years using the shiny tools in my toolbox.             I had the pleasure of working with Sara privately for several months.             When I first met Sara I knew that a big key for my personal and spiritual growth was regarding my sexuality. I had very little desire to have sex, I felt completely stuck. I knew there was a way through and out of this but I didn't know where to begin. 

Sara has been invaluable on my journey, guiding me very gently and compassionately to experiencing more self love, sexual desire and general fulfillment. She has helped me both with the sexual aspects but also going deeper, healing wounds from my childhood and improving my relationships.
